Default My Turbo Intake ~ xxxJohnBoyxxx

We the Induction section seemed a little slow so I thought I would post some pictures I took of my intake piping today for my tuner. 3" from turbo to throttle body. 3" 1995 M3 MAF. Throttle body is custom bored a little over Dinan spec

No problem Jean. I think I have them posted i my turbo thread but they are not all on one page. Try this Photobucket link and let me know if you have access to all my turbo install photos?

If not I will burn a DVD and mail it with the clutch.

John,
You are the man John. I always look at your setup and am still puzzled how there are so many lines/hoses from the intake manifold and all around; always wonder what each line is needed for. Whenever I go visit Florida your house is going to be a stop to visit.
Car is sick.

I don't have those installed. They were good and are sitting in the garage with the original hood. I've stated a few times I'm embarrassed at some of the things I've done to reduce weight Lots of small things add up

Yeah, mine went over time and over budget. You can probably save a lot of money if you do some of the work yourself. You're pretty resourceful.

800+ bhp would be awesome. You'll need to figure out a way on how to transfer the power to the ground. I'm having trouble with 450bhp.

I didn't do the work on my car, but if I can help out in any way, let me know.

800hp isn't going to the ground unless I'm over 75mph. With slicks I think I will have a bunch of broken driveline parts. I just want the power to be there so I can play with it. I will do all work on this motor except machine work that I don't have the tools or knowledge to complete correctly. I'm not sure what body style I will put it in yet.

Dude you think I would use a hood prop that doesn't match the car? I put the bling on that cheap PVC before I used it for the first time

I only use one shock on the carbon trunk to save weight

That would be a 4th gear run. Will be fun

I'm looking for a 2.93 diff to hopefully stop wheel spin in 2nd. Will help with the 0-60 mph run and 1/4 mile.

Doubt it. I run a 3.23 right now feather 1st and hard shift can burn all of 2nd gear at 20psi.
