WTB: E36 Black Leather Steering Wheel (1997 ish?)

The rubber and metal structure have come unbonded on my base 4 spoke E36 steering wheel. I would love to buy a black leather steering wheel in good condition that is the standard E36 style 4 Spoke. No rips or tears please. Some light wear is cool.

If you have recently upgraded and are looking to unload your old one give me a shout.

Hey, same thing happened to my steering wheel, I was wondering if it could be fixed somehow, I didnt think it was common. There is a member on here parting out a 325i with a leather wheel for sale. It looked like it was okay condition, and just 50$. This was just a few days ago so he may still have it, if I can find the thread I will post it.....

i need a new one but i have a 95, would the airbag be compatible?

I beleive so, but am not absolutely sure right now.

I would have to check wiring diagrams for connector types to be sure unless someone else knows for sure...

i have one for a 95 with a lip ring and a newer one with slip ring and they are compatible willing to sell for $45 plus shipping in great shape.

I already scored one. Just installed it last weekend. I also bought one of the SRS Plate Switch bypass module (tells the Airbag system there is always a passenger). I waited till the module came is so I could do the SRS Airbag reset at the same time.

I was on my 2nd dam plate switch in the passenger seat and when this one died I decided enough was enough. No Airbag light now.
