Default 98 318ti Sport for sale- jet black/millpoint red

I really hate to get rid of my "other" baby, but some new additions to our family means I have to get a family car instead. *sniff sniff* Alrighty, I'm new here so please bear with me if I screw anything up or use the wrong lingo.
Here's what I have (located near Houston, TX):

DESCRIPTION:
Single owner 1998 BMW 318ti with the M-Sport package, jet black exterior, Millpoint red/black interior (red cloth/black leather trimmed sport seats), 5-speed manual, has 190K freeway miles (driven almost exclusively in So Cal), new high performance tires. Beautiful, well-maintained car!

OPTIONS:
Front and side air bags, ABS, automatic stability & traction control (ASC+T), sport suspension, power tilt/slide sun roof, power doors & windows, A/C, 2-stage heated seats & mirrors, alloy wheels with wheel locks, 12 disc CD changer, subwoofer, professionally tinted windows

CONDITON:
Runs really great and has been trouble free. Regular scheduled maintenance done at BMW dealer, everything is stock with OEM parts. Always garaged, so paint is in good shape but has some pitting on the hood/front from rocks, with some minor dinks and scratches from parking lots. Interior is in very good condition. Front floor mats and front seats show some wear, mostly on driver side. Yes, the mileage is high, but it's been babied and very well maintained.

Have clean title and Carfax records. Asking $6500
