Default Central Locking Issue.

1997 318ti base manual transmission.

My central locking system is no longer working. A while ago the passenger side door started to act up intermittently then the entire system shut down. I attempted to diagnose issue with my CarSoft 6.5 but came up module not found. I took it to my local dealership and had them run a diagnostic on it. They chose to do some unauthorized repairs on my door before they got around to diagnosing the problem. They hooked up their diagnostic tool and found the following:
1) Checked CL operation- no response
2) Checked Fault memories - has faults for all 3 locks
3) Checked status of actuators - show open
4) Activate locking system from tester - all locks operable

This took 2.5 hours. ($300) they wanted to pull the doors apart and remove glove box to check further. I chose to leave rather than pay the riduculous amount they would charge to just find the issue.

Based upon the info so far, does anybody have an idea where my problem lies?
