Default WTB: M-Tech Rear Bumper Cover
If anyone has a M Rear Bumper cover for sale, please PM me.

Also, are there are any after-market sources for this part or are the only options the dealer and Bav Auto?

Check getbmwparts.com(Tischer). IIRC the ti rear bumper is significantly less expensive than the standard e36 bumpers.

Edit; here's a link. If you select "318ti" from the drop down options menu it knocks a hundred bucks off the price:

that's not a bad price new.. I bought one myself for around 350.. at least it's in perfect shape. 300 seems a good price too.. considering I don't see them for sale much at all.
