Steering wheel squeak is very common on E36s. Search here and on bimmerforums for the fix.

cooljess76 thank you for this. Now, Is this part suposed to tickle or not???
It's says 11 SHUT-OFF VALVE and this thing is tickling when car is running.
If not supposed to tickle part is bad and need's to be raplaced then?

AFAIK, it's not supposed to. Atleast mine didn't. Are you sure you're not hearing your valves or coilpack? They're both in the general vicinity.

I don't know for valves or coilpack but i'm sure that sound comes from that valve.
I put my ear close to it and i 100% sure that valve is making sound. Suggestions?

Can't help you with problem #1, but problem #2 I had... Here is the link;
http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=19962

There can be several causes to your problem, read the different threads in the posts to help determine which is causing your noise.

Good Luck!
