Just to let you know car wasn't driven for a couple monts, it was a just started weekly in garage. Once again sound comes from inside next to steering wheel not from uotside or under the hood. Now, Is this part suposed to tickle or not??? It's says 11 SHUT-OFF VALVE and this thing is tickling when car is running. Atleast mine didn't. Are you sure you're not hearing your valves or coilpack? I put my ear close to it and i 100% sure that valve is making sound.
