Default Back to the Fuel issue

Okay as most of you already know... I was having pump issues in the past... well upon some research... The plug for the pump showed a consistant voltage across the board when the vehicle is turned on... and while starting... but pump still not pushing fuel... had jumped the car from a running vehicle... and started... ran for 20 mins then quit again, Alternator charges the vehicle at 12.8x to 13.5 volts, pending on Stereo/Amp usage, I had pulled the Pump and disassembled from the housing (the big green thing) and upon disconnecting from the hose, it snapped the nipple off the pump therefore forcing me to replace it... for ****s and giggles I decided to test the pump and hot wired it directly to another vehicles battery and placed in a bucket of water... and it pumped strong pushing the water approx. 4 1/2 feet and the same with gasoline... I even submerged the pump in gasoline and still pumped with success... I superglued the nipple back onto the pump,re assembled and reinstalled pump, attempted to start and still no fuel is being pushed through... again I checked the voltages, and they are still consistant...

this is leaving me completely clueless and very aggrovated...

I have purchased the last pump on THIS PAGE

165.xx includes pump and level sensor

I pray this is the right pump, and that it works...
though i have 2 ?s
I know the relay is located in the fusebox under the hood and its light green, which relay is it... i have about 4 of em
what Voltage SHOULD be displayed when key is first turned (to prime) and voltage while starting? i had about 10.6x to 11.4x depending on charge of batt....

Any input and possitive reinforcement would help =) I am almost at wits end with this car...

I'm not to familiar with fuel pump issues, but I do know the battery should be charging at at least 14 volts, probably doesn't relate to your problem but your alternator is on its way out

From what I noticed when the car is running its high side of 13 sometimes 14... just dependant on how hard my system is bumping... but its doesn't seem like enough really bring the alternator down like it would in normal cars... (Dropped voltage down past 13.2x volt and dimmed headlights in my neon) and when the car is at rest/idle its varies between 12.8x - 13.3x during the day and 13.0 - 13.8 during the night ( I monitor things very close in my car)

I'll take the alternator to the shop next week and have it tested... thanks for the heads up though... might as well get it looked at while she sets... Appreciate the input
