Default Wanted: e36 or close ti

I am looking to possibly get a ti. I really like them for some crazy reason haha, yeah lotta people think they have been pre-rearended but whatever. Anyways, I'm looking for an e36 style probly. Though I have heard the ups and down aout the window switches, etc. Mainly, maybe you guys could help me out on the year, and model. I want to make a ti with the following for under $7000-7500:
-M3 front bumper, and skirts
-Nice decent looking wheels
-lowered
-and small m3 spoiler...?

Thank you for your time, and your replies are much appreciated!

Just look for a '96+ sport model. It comes stock with most of the things you've mentioned.

Yeah, headliners fall down. Cooling system is a big thing to watch out for on the M44 engine. There are plastic parts used that can break pretty easily when they get too old.
