You can buy another one of the PTG E46 M3 cars through the BMWCCA club racing for sale forum. It comes with the one that was wrecked at mid-ohio.

Quote:
2004 E46 M3 Rolex GT car. Built and raced by PTG in 2005, raced by MCM and Sigalsport in 2006 and 2007. Full factory car, one of 7 ever built, with only 5 still remaining (one was lost at the Glen in '05 and the other at Mid Ohio in '06). Car has many Grand-Am wins, with all carbon body panels, dash, seat, and every conceivable component possible. 6 speed Hewland SGTW dog ring trans, M5 enduro diff. 3.4 liter engine per new GA rules. Motec MA800 with ADL dash and data. I have enough spares available to to build an entire second car, including the last GT chassis PTG built and had as a spare. The chassis could be used to build a GTR V8 (I have a PTG M5 5.0 V-8 engine) Otherwise there too many spares to list. I have all the spares and gearing inventory from PTG and can make a complete package deal that would include the wrecked #21 car from Mid Ohio. I have moved to racing Pontiac GTO.R and would sell all my BMW stuff for a reasonable price if the deal was complete and quick. Contact Matt Connolly at 610-392-7020 or matt@mcmracingteam.com .

I would be all over this if it had a child seat in back. The commute to my daughters school is a b!tch.

90k for a full-blown race machine (esp with those specs) is a steal.

Somebody should jump on this, preferrably someone that will let me drive it.

That's what I was thinking. All the safety equipment is up to date and the list of spare is pretty impressive. 20 spare wheels?!?!?

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Spend one evening with him and you feel like you've been friends for years.
He will be missed.
