Default Gas tank vacuum pressure excessive

Hi all,
I've search and tried different routes but seems I can't figure out my issue. After drivingy car, when I go to get gas and remove the gas cap it makes a wwooosshh sound. If you watch the gas tank it seems to be under a lot of vacuum. It will expand when the cap is removed. Anyone have this same issue?
