325/328 swap will always be more powerful and much more bang for your buck. The stock the 5 speed will work fine. Downing Atlanta is and always will be cool but it is not the most cost effective way to get power out of your ti. If you buy a wrecked car like Bimmertech did you have a good shot at ending up with a free swap.
