I just checked Midnights site as well. I’ve heard highly of his work for many years here and even if not 18 I would grab. Pulley kits do work. There are some larger throttle bodies for the M44 still floating around on used sites but I don’t think they offer much. Are you already running a different exhaust?

If you do get the tune and pulley it would be interesting to see what yours makes on the dyno.

Found this FI kit. Not sure of the quality, but the price is insane. I remember an original ti.org member named JohnBoy praising a kit by this maker. Not sure if this is the same kit. But looks tempting. Only problem is besides the manifold, turbo, and intercooler piping, i have no idea how to install the rest.

I bet quality is low-medium and it's still kind of expensive for a manifold, meh turbo and some pipes. You could probably piece together a much better system yourself and if you can weld even better. The issues are you'll need a tune (expensive) injectors (expensive) possible fuel pump upgrade, etc. I've spent almost more on supporting mods for my basic S52 then the motor itself. Having an unbalanced car may sound fun but it's not. Especially if you want to use it. The stock M44 also doesn't can't take that much boost. Built ones can.

Yeah soo true. I really only like like 8-7 lbs of boost. Not too much and i think unbuily it could take it.
