The car is from California and Northern Virginia. Engine and transmission replaced (70k on them), 181k on the odometer. I've only had it for 6 months but am taking the metro now so I am selling off 2 or 3 of the cars I've accumulated. This car is exceptional and reminds me of the modded Mini Cooper S I used to have. It is peppy, a good performer and definitely has the fun to drive factor. The pics here suck. They are the only ones I have right now. The car is dirty in them and the radio is actually professionally installed. The pic shows it not fully inserted yet. I will clean it and get some better pics this weekend, perhaps. Newer Paint, dark gray. Dove/light Gray leatherette interior. - Newer engine and transmission (70k on them) - Limited slip differential - New trans filter/fluid - Hawk HPS pads front and rear - Red Painted calipers - Fresh brake fluid - New Plugs - Tinted windows - Rogue Aluminum flywheel - New Clutch w/rogue carbon spring disc - Short short shifter - Carbon fiber pedals - New Shift knob - Euro style front corner lights - Pioneer MP3/CD - 2 Bazooka amps - Autobahn subwoofer/1000watts - Digital Audio Speakers (4 x 300watts) - Jim Conforti Performance chip - I need to clean the electric window contacts - Dash lights are out so I use little blue LEDs, nice - I have new exterior door handles for both sides - front driver seat has some wear on the side, not too bad. - Headliner has a minor sag from the sunroof being removed (weight reasons?) | | | 01-19-2009, 11:08 PM | #6 | Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Wash DC Posts: 46 | Thanks. When I posted it, I left and computer locked up just leaving the title... | | | 01-19-2009, 11:13 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Sagging headliner is very common. Did you install the LSD? __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 01-19-2009, 11:51 PM | #8 | Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Wash DC Posts: 46 | No, previous owner had it done...no one wants the results of my labor | | | 01-20-2009, 06:13 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Austin Posts: 3,059 | Whoa, I've never seen a light charcoal colored ti before. It looks freaking wicked!! __________________ Come get a ti-shirt Quote: From the e30 M3, evolved the e36. Did you buy it from him? Have you had any problems? If it was the same car, I hope he or you put more coolant in it, it was low when I saw it. -Paul | | | 01-23-2009, 04:20 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Miami Posts: 244 | is that a steel grey met? i just paint mine steel grey a few months ago... | | | 01-23-2009, 04:35 AM | #13 | Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Wash DC Posts: 46 | It is not the same car, but it runs perfectly, maybe too loud for my taste, but nonetheless just great! | | | 01-23-2009, 04:36 AM | #14 | Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Wash DC Posts: 46 | Yes, steel met gray...pretty nice color on the vehicle | | | 01-24-2009, 12:01 AM | #15 | Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Wash DC Posts: 46 | More pics | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
