It's the same as the engine oil. You would change it when you change the oil in the engine. BMW thinks that you can go 12k miles on a single oil change, but I would never do that.

And before the next question gets asked, you would change the intercooler fluid each time you change the fluid in your radiator.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

THis is good. Good for the people who want more power and good for the people that want a cheap used DASC when they are all for sale when this becomes available!!!

10k on synthetic fluid is perfectly acceptable. I've been changing my fluid every 10k miles with a filter change every 5k, had my oil tested and everything was hunky dory.

Well, the one grub in that is that if its the same stuff Eaton uses its 25 or 30 dollars a Pint!
Unless you find a good source, I found it locally cheaper but it took some digging...

The Opcon Autorotor supercharger uses standard motor oil as a lubricant.

imagine this kit does pull the 250 hp. Tell me, how fast will this car end up being with 250 hp and with a light flywheel? Probably really fast huh.

I know you're excited but.....nobody has seen any part of this kit yet.

Greg - Any updates on your progress? I'll be in Colorado in 3 days, we should get together.

I think they are waiting for C.A.R.B certification, that takes a while (and is really expensive from what I've heard).
