Default New project.

About a month ago I bought some of those clear fogs for the E-36. They do not look bad, but I did not buy them to put directly into my car.

instead I bought them to just use the housings and the clear outer lense. My plan was to take them apart and mount a smaller 50mm Hella DE fog light into the housing and then put the clear lense back over it. This would make them appear more like our headlights. Clean glass (or plastic) over the actual headlights.

This was why I got in Pnosker's HID group buy #2. The Hella fogs use H3 lamps.

Today I bought the third part of the equation.

If I did my homework correctly, they will JUST fit into the ebay fogs once I cut the backs off of them (where the screw on cover is) and then epoxy everything into place.

Now all I need is for them to come in and for the HID kits to ship. After that comes finding time to do all this. I only have off monday evenings and saturday and sunday mornings from now until Mid-October. Hopefully I can find time to squeaze this project in
