Hey everyone. It looks like I've finally found a source to replace my tape deck.

one thing you kind of want to check is that the buttons aren't broken and the LCD is backlit. it's a pretty common problem with these radios (i'm on my third).

the buttons have little rubber things behind them that--if broken, give no feedback when the button is depressed.

the LCD is a bother, but not a big deal. i have a backup radio for parts, and just swap out the little rubber things when they fail. trying to find a source for them so i can sell off the other radio.
