Default Doors are sealed 100% right? 318ti and E30

Hey everyone...
I know that there are rubber seals that go along the doors and trunk.
I know that they are able to prevent water from coming in...
but howabout insects?

I just saw a BIG (like...1/2 inch W/O the legs) black widow in the corner of my garage and in my attemt to kill it, it ran away...
In my garage there is also an E30, do you know if my cars are safe?
I don't want to be driving around and all of a sudden...
HELLO Spider on my shoulder!!
and I just did a little search about this spider...
obviously venomous, but I just saw pics of bites that scared me...
sorry Steve I wasn't sure where to put this thread...

-Randy

You Trippin. IF it really is a problem for you then back the e30 out for a night and put in a few foggers. That'll get'em. No they are not sealed enough to prevent most insects. Ventilation holes in trunk.

Yeah, you should definately pull the car out and cover or remove valuables and "FOG IT". Last time i checked, black widows are definately something you dont want to mess with.

and spiders are were crafty and can get into almost anywhere...Black widows are one of the more dangerous spiders in N. America. Definetly kill em, and back the car out til you have..they can(not usually)but can, kill if not treated soon enough. and that sounds like a big one..also not sure about other spiders prone to that area but here in CO we get brown recluses...and they're worse than BW's..so "orkin man" that **** and smoke em w/ raid, or foggers of some sort

How big are brown recluses? For some reason, there are some brown spiders that love to live in and around my car... they're about 3/4 inch total diameter, so they're pretty small. Luckily I haven't had a problem with them getting too close to me yet...

P.S. extra story. A few years ago we had a spider on our back porch that must have been about 3 or 4 inches in total diameter... and it was green! It was the scariest thing I've seen in my entire life lol... It stayed up in a corner of our porch for about a week, then it disappeared

You guys should see the Camel Spiders I encountered in IRAQ. I swear these things were faster than our ti's and they were not scared of humans. In fact they would attack us. I had one try to strike through my desert boots. Here are a few pics I took of them...It makes my hairs stand up just looking at the pics. I once found one in my room, after that I couldn't sleep for days...lol
