Default Feeler: DASC, Dinan intake, COP, Rebuilt M44 Head

My 1998 318ti, M-Sport, 5-sp, 182k has low-compression on cyl #3, considering parting off the DASC w/ Dinan Cold Air Intake, Plug and Play Coil On Plug Conversion, and rebuilt head (less than 2kmi since reassembly).
Unsure of actual miles on DASC, runs quiet, +8Lbs boost
Very nice harness build out on COP, less than 10kmis on coils
Head rebuilt June 2016 by Automotive Machine & Performance, Lawrence, KS
What is the interest? What is fair market price?
Trying to determine if I want to stay with the M44, do a 6cyl swap, or just part out the whole car (hate that last notion).

I had also installed a single-mass flywheel and clutch, and a new starter at the same time the head was serviced.
