Default What Bolt size for 6Cyl swap DS?

Hi all - need a little help on an odd question. Doing an auto to manual swap on an E36 325is. Using a 4cyl 318Ti manual driveshaft. I removed the front vibration damper (not guibo/flex disc) in order to clear shift rod, etc. I also removed the studs and planed to use bolts like other E36s.

Got the DS in the 325is and found out M12 bolts do not fit the 3 bolt flange on the driveshaft. It appears they are M10 bolts. That will not work as the guibo/flex disc is 6 x M12.

I cross referenced part numbers on real OEM while also looking at old threads, haven't seen anyone with this issue.
