Question Cosmo, Yes or NO?

I know this discussion has gone on long with different threads on the CAI. Right now I just have a Racing Dynamics cone filter for my intake and it's dragging in the hot air, so I want to put a CAI in place. So I'm looking to see either a yes or no on getting it and I am also thinking of getting the fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone have that on their car? Is it worth it? Thanks, Will.
