Default E36 Coupe Clubsport Door Sills on an ti?

Hi All

I'm after some Clubsport door sills for my 318ti Sport but the Compact ones are now NLA from the dealers.

The only ones still available are for the coupe & I've had advice from some people who say coupe / convertible ones do fit compacts because all the 2-door varients have larger doors

& others have said the sedan sills fit compacts but coupe ones dont because Coupes/convertibles have a larger space between the front of the front doors and the wheel arch so have longer sills than saloon and compact

i know thats why only sedan bonnets & front wings will fit compacts but that doesnt mean the same is true for the doors?

has anyone fitted e36 coupe sills to a compact & can confirm they definately fit?
thanks all

I know the coupe sills fit but you have to modify them a little bit, I believe CoolJess76 wrote up how to make them fit, it should be in the knowledge base section
