Which sounds nicer The BMW 6cyl engines or the VW VR6 engines??

Bit random but i was just curious into what people think about the which sounds nicer of the two exhaust notes/engine bay sounds...

By the Bmw 6cyl i mean engines such as the E36 2.3,2.5,2.8 M3 evo engine..

and The VW VR6 i mean the 2.8 VR6 golf/corrado engine or 3.2 R32 engine..

And in my opinion if you was to modify both engines asin a performance filter and Peformance exhaust i would still prefer the BMW noise purely for the Face cringingly nice sound you get from under the bonnet at full throttle, its nothing like any other car and sounds out of this world...The induction growl is loud and it just keeps screaming and screaming right up to redline.. You just know theres a beast under the bonnet when you hear it..

i perfer the s50/2 and m50/2 that i hav3 driven or riden in over the vw's 6 cyl's
