Closing Windows from Button

For some reason I am able to open windows from the buton on my keys but cant close. If i put the key in the door and turn and hold I can close windows anyone know why it does this?

I see your in London. I have a feeling that you have an E46 ti correct? Because I have never seen this option to open the windows with the button on the keys. But my guess would be that you can let them down with the button but it probaley wasn't designed to allow them to close as well. Just seems like you will have to be closing them when you lock your doors. I can close my windows when I lock my doors but I can't let them down with the keys or anything at all. Must not be a feature.

Thanks I don't think it has the feature but i dont have the original manual. The only thing is my friend has a 2004 model which opens and closes but i think this must be a upgraded feature.

Anyone out there have a 2001 model 316ti that can open and close windows from the button?
