My interior xenon bulbs came in today, and have installed the majority of the bulbs already. But I came across one problem.

I removed the center reading lights console with ease, but the only problem with replacing the bulbs is that there is a circuit board covering the area where the bulbs are.

I have tried to remove this, but I don't want to break any tabs or anything like that. Anybody know how to remove this?

Get someone with small fingers, thats what I did. But then again I only replaced the center bulb, not sure about the side ones.
