Cool Pics and video from the successful MA meet!!!

I just want to thank everyone that came out for the MA 318ti meet at Braintree. It was a success with 8 ti showing up especially one from LI, NY. It was great to meet all of you guys and a couple of female friends. The weather was not the best but the wet pavement sure helped out a few members. You will have to wait for tol40's videos. Funny thing was when I left the meet I saw two other ti (black and silver) that are not members. Too bad I couldn't stop them and introduce our site/club.

Please post your pics and videos from the meet under this thread. We will have to do some more get together (GTG) in the near future. Maybe F1 or a restaurant dinner meet? Always up for suggestions. Thanks again for all the support!!!

It was definetly fun. I cant wait to see the videos and the pictures so that I can try to compile them and make one awesome video. Does anybody know who that kid with the cali top was? Did he jus come out of no where? And someone spilled the beans about me buying the house to my GF!! I had some explaining to do to her yesterday......Had to end up telling her, it was gonna be a surprise, but whatever. In either case, Eric, your ti is the ****!!! Sorry about the whole redline thing, I really felt bad about that. But nonetheless, you have a badass ti.

Yeah guys, that was a good time. Thank you all for letting me tag along and see what you've each done to your cars. Ironic that after all this praise for the 318's the last thing we do is check all the error codes. Sorry Juni about your girlfriend finding out about the house...wasn't me.

Some quick shots that I took.

Nothing spectacular, but a start.

sorry I didnt make it,

but my regular car spit out all of its wheel bearings in the front left(got towed). So I had to do so work in my drive way(wheelbearings, calipers, rotors) then I put new brakes in the other side. Hopefully i can get my Ti put together for the next one.

Don't worry about the redlining, I probably did the same thing when I did it. What got be concerned was the fact that I think the Dinan software takes away the rev limiter, so I have to be cautious.

Nice to meet everyone, Karen and I had a great time in Boston. Looking forward to seeing the video.

Dinan's software has a limiter. I doubt BMW would install software that removes this and still honor a warranty.
