Exclamation Bluetooth Help!

I habe just bought a 2003 318ti. There is a phone button on my steering wheel controls, how ever it does not activate anything when i push it, and my phone can't indentify a Bluetooth service.

Does the car even have Bluetooth. I was told it does, but im beginning to not believe it! lol

Help me Agony Aunt!

do you have your owners manual? it might have instructions on setting up the bluetooth, if you don't have it you can sometimes find them online in a .pdf format

My Dad's 2002 E39 has a phone button on the steering wheel but it doesn't do anything when pressed. He doesn't have the bluetooth/handfree accessory so that is probably why.

Hopefully another E46 ti owner can chime in, we didn't get them in the states.
