Dumb Question

I recently tossed my 10 bucks into the hat and became a site supporter. I received the excellent 318ti.org decals. The trouble is, I am not experienced with stickers other than the kind that you simply peel of the back and slap it on. These seem to be a higher grade of decal that could require a specific procedure to apply other than simply peel and stick. I have browsed around the forum to try to find some specific instructions but did not see any. Can someone who has applied these reply with some concise instructions? This thread could then be in the archives for future sticker dummies like me.

I don't have the 318ti.org sticker, but here are some general directions for applying vinyl stickers.

1. Clean the area that you want to apply the sticker.
2. Wipe the area with alcohol to help remove any oil or residue.
3. Peal the first backing of the sticker and place it how you want it.
4. Then apply pressure and squeeze out any air bubbles.
5. Slowly peel back the second backing, pushing/peeling off any pieces that stick to it.
6. Squeeze out any remaining bubbles and ensure that everything is adhering properly, particularly at the corners and ends to help prevent peeling.

That's pretty much it. Simple.

Clean the surface off then peel and stick. I placed mine on the window then peeled one letter at a time so it would come out perfect.
