Default '97 318ti Partial Partout (Motor swap) [NJ]

So I've gotten the ball rolling on my S54 swap. I started a build thread here in case anyone is interested in seeing what' going on.

The 318ti is going to be stripped of the entire original powertrain and suspension. Some of the interior will be going as well. Here are some of the bigger items that'll be gone:
  • M44 engine complete with harness and ECU
  • 5-speed swap package, complete with driveshaft, shift assembly, and pedal assembly
  • 3.45 small case diff and axles
  • Front hubs/brakes and rear trailing arm/hubs/brakes (5 lug swap for E30)
  • OEM M-tech springs all around
  • M44 AC and cooling systems
  • Grey Millipoint interior parts
  • Steering rack and tie rods

There's probably more, so just ask! Basically most of the car minus the body panels and interior trim. I also have a lot of Z3M or M3 parts, so ask if you need anything.

PLEASE EMAIL TO GOLDFINGER.AUTOMOTIVE@GMAIL.COM.
I really hate PMs, it's too easy to lose contact information with the inbox limit.

It's the same swap as the E30 diff, so yes. You'll just need the large case diff axles and flanges as well. I'm keeping the axles for my swap so I can't help you there.

Hi, I recently crashed my 1998 Ti and am looking to replace most of the front and rear suspension, would you mind listing off what you have available in those parts?

Do you have the driverside lower speaker cover trim piece?

Basically everything you'd need minus struts. An exhaustive list would include:

FRONT SUSPENSION
  • Front M-tech springs
  • Front steering knuckles/spindles
  • Tie rods
  • Control Arms
  • Steering rack
  • Brake calipers, rotors, and lines

REAR SUSPENSION
  • Subframe
  • Control arms
  • Axles
  • Differential
  • Rear M-tech springs
  • Brake calipers, rotors, lines

If I'm forgetting anything you need feel free to ask!
