They have been given me a problem almost from the begining about 18 months ago i installed them. They pop and bang mostly al low speeds when turning and small pot holes. I just put new mounts on but no help. They seem to help at first but quickly after 2 weeks the noise comes back. My mechanics is lost, he wants me to go back to the old stuff. Any help with this prob please...thanks __________________ Stephen 1995 318TI Vin# sam51751 | | | 09-25-2009, 02:30 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Raleigh/Charlotte, NC Posts: 1,233 | spring pads? are the pigtails of the springs properly seated into the struts? What condition is your strut hat in? Sounds like you need a new mechanic. __________________ -Jeff | | | 09-25-2009, 08:10 PM | #3 | Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Tampa, FL Posts: 95 | i think your right and i'll have someone else look at it __________________ Stephen 1995 318TI Vin# sam51751 | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
