FL I recently picked up a '98 ti and the headliner is in need of a repair. The previous owner thumb-tacked it up, a look I'm fast growing tired of! Does anyone know of a shop in the south Florida area that does good work on something like this at a "reasonable" rate? Thanks for your help! | | | 06-14-2011, 03:52 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | Until you find a good shop, staples look a little better than tacks. Good luck. | | | 06-14-2011, 04:07 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Lighthouse Point, FL Posts: 124 | You're right! JCA: Thank you! You're right-they do look better but I've got so damn many tacks it's "holed up" now. If the replacement wasn't almost $700.00 I'd be tempted to buy a new one! I have an appointment with a couple of shops next week. I'll post results... | | | 07-08-2011, 08:18 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Lighthouse Point, FL Posts: 124 | Headliner fixed! For those of you in south Florida, I have a "headliner fixer"! I used Ross Zappia of Above the Rest Headliners @ #954-270-7148. He works on his own, came to the house in his van equipped with the material and stuff to do the job. After two hours I had a new headliner for $195.00. Worth the money and he did a great job. Matched the material, too. Tell him I told you to give him a call if you decide to use him. Gone are the thumbtacks and my ti is almost "complete"...now to look for another project... | | | 07-08-2011, 08:20 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Lighthouse Point, FL Posts: 124 | Missed his phone number!
