Default I've installed 2" drop springs and the height is the same?

I have a 99 318ti with M kit and I installed some 2" drop springs but nothing changed. I'm still at 7" in the rear and 5" in the front, measured front the ground to the side skirt. What's the problem? With a 2" drop I think I should see some noticeable results immediately right?

Did you drive it around to settle the suspension in?

Yes I drove around my neighborhood for like 10min. But I hear it takes like 2 weeks? But my question is, with a 2" drop, shouldn't there be immediate noticeable results?

Did you my 318ti specific springs or any E36 lowering springs? The regular E36's have longer rear springs and shocks due to the different rear suspension, so that is maybe why you're having the height issue.

Yeah sounds like a regular e36 kit.

scroll down and you'll see a list of compatible vehicles. 318ti is listed there

That's a generic E36 kit. Since it is made for the regular E36's, it won't fit the ti properly as the rear spring is too long.
