First in line was your PM buyer and until money was transacted, you had every right and likely, the responsibility to post more information until that payment was received.
Just because someone says they want to buy, send me your paypal after someone else. That first buyer has every right to await pictures before paying and I applaud you providing all that and not taking the "send me your paypal" before the first person accepted or refused.
