What lower control arms were used? So a year ago I bought an actual one of 200 318ti clubsport. It's got 270k on it and climbing daily. Anyway. I bought some koni sport and h&r race springs to put on it to replace the eBay coilovers the previous owner put on it. However when I went to put them on, I found out that it has 1995 m3 strut mounts which are leaned back and the new springs and struts don't fit with enough room for the strut to rotate. My question is if anyone knows if the m3 strut mounts are stock or not on the clubsport. The wheels are centered perfectly in the wheel well which means I might have 1995 m3 lower control arms, but I don't know. How do I identify which lower control arms I have? | | | 05-08-2018, 07:59 PM | #2 | Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2015 Location: Augusta, VA Posts: 5 | There should be a part number cast into the arm. At the very least make sure they are lemforder. Also look at your control arm bushing, is it offset or centered? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
