Default help Cam Sensor

Hom many miles on the car? I can think of several possible issues;
1. Bad connection, where the camshaft connects under the manifold. clean and check.
2. bad sensor = weak signal, would not rule it out.

3. worn/jumped cam chain, check camshaft alignment vs TDC

I believe that the computer is comparing the position of the camshaft to the position of the crankshaft. I had to replace the camshaft sensor on mine last year, car would not start at all with the bad sensor. Good Luck
