What about a section that allows people that spot Ti's around town to post their finds? It can also be used by spotee's to figure out if they have been spotted.
Look starting at post 13. We are using this thread to gauge interest in a Spotter's/Spotte's section on the main page, like the for sale section and whatnot. You can discuss or just simply give a yay (+1), nay (-1), or couldn't care less (0).
