Default new project

we got a e36 parts car, it has cruise control and fog lights.
im going to be taking the cruise control out, and installing in my ti.
the fog light kit from BMW with wiring, and all is cheaper than buying 2 new fog lights, and switches and just putting wiring from other car in.

anyone have any idea of what i need to take out? and what id have to buy?
i know id have to get a bowden cable to go to throttle but are there any brains or other wires than the ones coming from the knob and going to the box?
any fuses or relays id have to add?
any help is apreciated.
thanks!
