Default 1997 318is Coupe Weight

I'm looking for the curb weight of a 1997 318is coupe M44 5-speed. Looking for OEM stock weight with all fluids so I can compare to total weight on the scale next Wednesday during a test and tune. Shooting for a high 13 second run but need correct weights to calabrate my G-tech with track ET's and get it dialed in.

Any help appreaciates. I found a site that lists it at 3,938 pounds curb weight... seems very heavy to me.

Thanks, John Smith

I always use edmunds.com for car specs. They list your curb weight at 2976lbs.

http://www.edmunds.com/used/1997/bmw...779/specs.html

(ti weighs in at 2,745lbs FTW)

M44 running high 13's?

I hope you have some NAAAAAAWWWWWZZZZZZ.

Your owners manual would have the BMW spec weight, and lots of times your vechile registration will list it as well.
