Thumbs up Build Update; E46 fenders + wrap

I have been fairly absent from the forums lately...we had our first child in early May. Racecar projects and updating build threads were pretty much on the back burner.
As most know, I pretty much hacked my stock fenders to clear 18x10 wheels. After a couple years of looking at the disaster I had made, it was time to fix it right. Off to Certifit for 4 pre-facelift e46 325 fenders. $26/ea...what a deal.
I chipped away at the project when I could, starting in Nov '11 and finished the wrap about a month ago. Fender/bodywork= total PITA that I would never do again. The wrap went well and was WAAAAYYY cheaper than even a Maaco paint job. I'll post more finished photos tomorrow.

Very cool, I was wondering how the E46 fenders would look on the ti. Matte wrap looks great too! Are those wheels the MT1-Rs?

Thanks all! I am definitely going to miss the alaskablau but honestly, the condition of the paint was poor at best...pretty much a 20-footer. I wouldnt mind possibly picking up a cleaner alaska for a project/tinker toy and keep it streetable but thats gonna be a ways in the future. I'll be messing around in the garage tomorrow...I'll snap more pics. I promise.

ps. wheels are MT1-R 17x9 et 30 with 25mm spacer in front, 15 in back
mad stance, yo

This is a great car, by far one of my favorites on the forum. I have visions of my S50 ti going this direction.

Maybe you will be able to put the power down on corner exit now!

Sorry for the slow response, been crazy busy lately.
Road America came and went without any drama...perfect weather and an overall excellent time was had by all. Here's some pics

shenannigans with my brother

held up by a 996t and 1M... didnt think that was possible

T14

battling with a couple buddies

about to get my a$$ handed to me by a 458 Challenge. The sound those cars make is unreal. There were 3 at this event

My brother next to 458 challenge for size reference. He's 6'1...those cars are surprisingly small and REALLY low
