Been busy for months, but was able to resolve the issue. I was getting Incomplete readout due to either removing the battery when checking out the problem or erasing the codes.
Update:
I was getting 2 fault codes then followed by 2 more once I fixed the other 2 which was:
P0130- O2 Sensor
P0136- O2 Sensor
P1423- Which was the secondary air pump
P1174- air/fuel ratio
P0130 and P0136
First thing was put in new O2 sensors, went to Autozone bought the Bosch oxygen sensor which is $70 front and $160 back. The codes disapeared but 2 new codes showed up P1174 and P1423. My emission results improve from NO(PPM) 799@15 mph 1888@25 mph to 4@15mph 1@25mph
During that time my Check Engine Light,Mileage, and Seatbelt light started failing, went to the dealer which cost like $5 a bulb which I decided to replace all the bulb in my instrument panel since half of them are dead. They can be replaced whiout removing the steering wheel
P1423 This issue I had to take it the shop, to get my secondary air pump replaced. Since my SAP is broken and wasn't working cost $352 for the pump
P1174 Couldn't find the problem on this issue, my car needed a maintenance anyway so I took out for an Inspection II. They found a leak in the intake manifold system while they were installing the secondary air pump that could be causing the code, so it needed a new gasket which cost $500 parts and labor for it to get replaced decided not to do the repairs on the intake manifold system yet.
The mechanic did checked for hose leaks, but did not find any. I had to double check went I got home. I ended up cleaning under the car removing all the oil and dirt below while checking for any leak did not find any. Started looking below the Intake Manifold System then found 2 broken hoses. Figured that could be the problem causing it to have lean fuel/air ratio. Went to autozone bought a host for $5 each decided to replace to all 3. Cost $15 to fix.
Replaced the old hoses, erase the code, took it for a drive cycle. No fault codes. Took it for a smog and passed Smog Inspection!.
There is still a leak in the Intake Manifold System apparently it is not causing the P1174, but still needs to get it fixed to increase peformance.
The repairs to get it pass the Ca Smog Inspection cost $632 (o2 sensors, led bulbs, SAP, hoses) and Maintenance/Inspection II cost me $550. I hope this helps!
