Default P1174 Code

So my 1998 318ti is throwing the P1174 code. Here's what's been done so far:

Intake boot from TB to ASC replaced
CCV replaced
CCV hose to valve cover replaced
MAF cleaned
Boot from ASC to MAF checked for leaks
New pre and post cat O2 sensors
DISA valve replaced due to leaks
Everywhere checked for vacuum leaks

My car will throw the code at least once a week somewhere between 100 to 200 driven miles. Usually the code is thrown if I drive off without waiting for the secondary air pump to stop running.

So pulling my hair now and don't what else to look for. Anyone out there have a definitive fix????

TIA
Lou

You might have a faulty sec. air valve. It could be stuck closed or the vac. line could be cracked. I would check those out.

Forgot to mention that I did check the sav as well as the vac line to the valve, all in perfect working order. Thanks for the tip though.

I do know that I have a little bit of an exhaust leak just after the 1st O2 sensor. Just haven't been able to tell where. Definitely something I will check this weekend. Thanks for the tip.

The SAP error code is check by the O2 sensor looking for a lean value when the SAP is on. A exhaust leak by the 1st upstream O2 will cause this code.

Just an FYI your on the right track

OK so today on the way to work, it threw a code. I thought it was the usual P1174, but no it threw 4 codes:

P1174
P0100
P1550
P1509

Two of them P1550 and P1509 talk about the ICV and the P0100 Mass Air Flow. Can't imagine I'm getting all of these failures at once. Thoughts?

Fix you exhaust leak by your O2 sensor then reset all code and take it for a drive. I'm not 100% sure but my leaking O2 bung caused all types of odd codes, sometimes it threw 6 codes of multiple crap. It made me nutz until I fixed that leak. The car can never get Lambda or adaption correct and starts guessing there are bad sensors is my opinion. After I welded that bung correctly all my issues went away
