Check their web site: www.certifit.com, pick a location and look at the catalog. Thats the cheapest I found so far. | | | 01-07-2012, 09:10 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Montreal Posts: 283 | if you're going to have it painted or are worried for perfect fit, buy the original at the dealer, OEM get it right the first time! I had mine replaced and painted along with the front end, and over the phone he said a replacement would be cheaper. I said ok. but it doesn't fit right. Under the lights , where the medal bends towards the wheel well, the metal pops up making everything out of wack, so I went to the dealer to get the real part. just have to get it painted now. you're in BC , add Duty to your price. not worth it I find buy oem body parts, get it right the first time ;-) | | | 01-07-2012, 09:30 PM | #5 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | +1, I installed an aftermarket one on a customer's car and fitment was poor to say the least. Bolted up, everything was tweaked. I ended up drilling the screw holes to a larger diameter and it allowed everything to settle correctly, but that was after hours of head scratching and cursing. Once the screw holes were enlarged, everything lined up perfectly. | | | 01-07-2012, 11:32 PM | #6 | Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Vancouver BC Posts: 99 | Awesome thanks guys. Yeah I am always weary about aftermarket body parts. Meh duty isn't really that bad I find I have never been charged anything. But good input gonna look for oem! | | | 01-08-2012, 06:18 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Scranton/Wilkes-barre area PA Posts: 454 | that looks like the one my dad just ordered to fix my car. it fits terrible. it arrived bent, the grills dont fit in it. either style. huge gaps. Aftermarket pipes have been proven not to fit well. OEM's aren't that expensive, anyway. | | | 01-09-2012, 04:26 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Montreal Posts: 283 | plastic water pipes to fit where? sunroof drain? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
