Default website access problems

Well, I don't know if it's my computer, or the site, but I keep getting a weird message when trying to log on. I get:

Warning: require_once(./includes/vba_global_error.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/functions.php(2777) : eval()'d code on line 20

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/vba_global_error.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/tiorgvxd/public_html/forum/includes/functions.php(2777) : eval()'d code on line 20

Don't know what's up, any idea?

I can't figure out why some people are running into a problem and some are not.
My guess it has something to do with the various usergroups members are assigned to.

If it's intermittent, then I have nowhere to look.
If someone is having a problem at www.318ti.org and/or www.318ti.org/forum,
then I might be able to narrow it down. But it must be a consistent failure.

I had this problem yesterday. I just tried again about an hour later and it was fine. Modern technology!

Since the google ads change dynamically, perhaps that's a potential source of the problem? Just a wild guess. :-)

It did that to me all day Friday and Saturday...I'm using Firefox, if that makes a difference.

I only use FF, so I don't think that's an issue.

But if it happens sometimes, it's almost impossible to figure it out.
