Default Front Bumper Popper Out!!

After driving about yesterday i decided to clean my car, having got to the front of it i noticed that the front bumper although still attached by bolts and fixings has popped out at the top near the grill,

was just wondering has this happened to anyone and how do i go about fixing it? Is it a case of entire bumper off or just working it back? e.g. how do i take a bumper off?

Ill try a post a pic after i figure out how! - Have now just added it my gallery, not sure how to post on a thread though!

Thanks

There are four bolts hidden behind the bumper strips (they pull straight out) you can use to adjust the bumper.

You could probably get it done in under an hour. Not even a weekend job.
