Default where the hell is my intake control valve! :(

so i'm looking for it on a 98 m44 right? anyway i have this link that says its number 9 http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...13&fg=15&hl=73

and then there is this link http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...d.php?t=454501 (i think this is m42) that says its under the intake manifold.

so i checked both spots and took pics, but i don't see anything that resembles either of these. so where is it?

pic one is thing i pulled from under manifold, underneath some little box..cylinder thing with a harness in it

pic two is my throttle body with what i think is the tps....so where is this damn thing
