I never did it because I was always on the fence about whether I wanted a DASC and didn't want to spend all that money on both. Now that the DASC is no longer an option I've been pondering the honing business again. It's not cheap and I'm uncertain if it would accomplish much. | | | 07-01-2008, 04:37 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Ferndale, MD Posts: 462 | When I re-did the cooling I thought about it. I was looking at the interior of the upper and lower, I thought it coould be smoother but I am not sure if it would justify the cost. If you were going to go FI, I would seriously kick it around. Dave, how is that e30 you were working on? __________________ No trunk for the Junk | | | 07-01-2008, 06:23 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Halethorpe, MD Posts: 1,028 | The E30's great. I just took it to Summit Point a couple of weeks ago for a driving school. I had a great time and the car was awesome. It ran like a champ and the handling is ridiculous. I really do think the E30 is one of the best cars ever made. They're fun to drive, easy to work on and they still look good after all these years. | | | 07-02-2008, 06:23 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: 43609 Posts: 3,425 | I have one for 40 shipped __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
