Default Stripped Bleed Screw need advice

Well not actually the bleed screw, but the thing the bleed screw goes into. I placed a new bleed screw in and it stopped leaking from the top, but when I looked to the sides of the bleed screw, coolant was still coming out of it.

Is this where the coolant exits assuming I overfilled? I heard the 318ti has allows the coolant to level off if it was overfilled.

Overfilling the BMW radiators is not good, it over stresses the POS plastic expansion tank..
