I have a Duralast right now and after having the ti sit for awhile in the garage the phantom drain totally killed the battery. I have my CTek charging it right now but since I have a MINI it doesn't really matter since I'm using that car right now, I have searched this and came across an old thread that said someone is using an Orange Top, Optima doesn't make the Orange Top and I'm considering either the Red or Yellow top battery but I'm not sure how the fit will be nor if the Amps will be okay as I don't know what the Amp rating is on the Yellow/Red Top batteries are. This boat is a high vibration enviroment with a 16amp stator so the battery is always in a draw state due to more power used than the stator makes. Many times totally drained and never had an issue with this blue top battery. Before the blue top I went through 2 advanced auto parts marine batteries due to vibration. Highly recomend Optima batteries as my experience has been 100% good. John S Last edited by xxxJohnBoyxxx; 06-17-2015 at 05:51 PM. Reason: Added picture. Now I just need to decide on which one I'm going to use. __________________ Greg M42 Club member 186 WTB: HELLROT RED CLUB SPORT 95 ti sold but staying in the family. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
