Default 1998 318ti for sale- excellent running condition.

I have reluctantly decided to part with my 1998 318ti. It is a 5-speed with 195K miles. Color is Morea Green Metallic. I am the car’s second owner, and purchased it coming off-lease in 2001. The car has been very meticulously maintained by MD Motorwerke in Somerdale, NJ, and runs great. Car has fog lights, power sunroof, sport package, heated leather seats, anti-theft, and cruise control. Interior is excellent, including a newly reupholstered driver’s seat as well as a new headliner. Exterior is generally excellent, but has minor damage on driver's side front fender (the neighbor's daughter backed into the car with her car) and a fixable rust patch on passenger wheel well. Car has small coolant leak and an oil leak, but otherwise is in excellent mechanical condition. Pix are available on Flickr (https://flic.kr/s/aHskzXnagr or search for JohnPiercePA24; album is John’s 1998 BMW 318ti) or via email (johnpiercepa3@yahoo.com). I am in Havertown, PA (outside Philadelphia). Asking price is $2800. Title transfer must be done in PA at time of purchase. Thanks. John

GLWTS! I picked up my Moreagrun 98 base model at the Ford dealership in Lancaster a few years back and drove it back to my home in Wichita Falls, Texas...good times! John

Hey, John. Thanks for the comment. Yes, it is a fun car to drive. I've put on over 170000 miles on the car, and still enjoy it. I've gotten some interest, and a fair number of views on Flickr already.

I've been to McGillicuddy's many times. Great place. Yes, Havertown is a good community.

I'll be happy to exchange the car for needed paint work around the house!

Default Still for sale

Thanks for the well wishes. No, the car has not yet sold. I'm a bit surprised, but happy to continue to drive the car for now. Hope all is well in Canada. I have not yet been to Prince Edward Island.
