It's used. Was on my Z3 when I bought it, nothing wrong with the mount I just swapped it for a stock rubber part.

NVH was increased enough to want to change it back to rubber or what was the reasoning?

The PO swapped a lot of stuff to urethane, I just put stock bushings back in a bunch of places to make it more daily driveable and comfortable. Idk how much it really effected nvh, I can still hear the diff whirring while driving.

They're part of the mount. The picture on Ireland engineering's site shows it all together. It creates a very tight fit on the diff hanger.

That is definitely something others are lacking. Do you have any spare small case diff covers sitting around without broken fins?

Diff pics added.

I do have a small case cover Earl, pic above. If you want the bushing and cover I can do a combo deal.
