Default First phase of my swap

Well, since full time autox duties are going another direction the decision was made to turn the Ti into a more capable street and track performer.

Plan:
S52 swap
Lightened flywheel
Performance Clutch set
M brake upgrade
M3 seats
Z3 rear end/axles (not sure which one yet)

Several parts have been sourced already and the plan is to rebuild the engine and brake components. Some pics of the parts acquired:

fyi since I'm not sure if you realize or not, those aren't vaders in the pics, just regular M3 seats

looks like your off to a good start though, were you planning on trying to retrofit the M3 rear brakes?

Thanks for the info on the seats. Eventually yes I would like to use the rear brakes.

I saw posted online somewhere a link where for $75 you got an entire guide for the S50/52 swap. Any help is appreciated.
